You're functioning but feel stuck—caught in cycles of anxiety, depression, self-doubt, and emotional overwhelm. Maybe you're replaying the past, weighed down by guilt and shame, or reacting strongly to situations that don't seem to warrant it. Despite your best efforts, nothing changes, leaving you feeling lost and exhausted. You don't have to face this alone.

As a neurodivergent therapist, I deeply understand what it’s like to navigate a world that doesn’t always feel built for you. This lived experience allows me to show up with deeper empathy, flexibility, and creativity, meeting you exactly where you are. I take a trauma-informed and relational approach, balancing providing a safe space while challenging you to reach your fullest potential.

Therapy with me is a space for real conversations and meaningful change. Together, we’ll explore the roots of your struggles, untangle them, and develop strategies to help you regain control, build confidence, and find peace within yourself. Whether you're ready to dive deep or need time to ease in, I’ll meet you where you are. I am here when you are ready.

Therapy with me is a conversation—not just nods and “How does that make you feel?” I talk more than your average therapist because healing happens through real, human connection. I show up as my authentic self—warm, engaged, and in this with you. I’m not just a distant observer; I’m in this with you. I want you to feel like you’re sitting with another human—not a blank slate.

Let’s be real—therapy can get messy. We’ll unpack a lot, but you’re always in control of your own process. Your comfort and safety come first. Whether you’re ready to dive deep or need time to ease in, I’ll meet you where you are—offering both support and a gentle push when it feels right. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered.

I specialize in trauma, complicated grief, anxiety, depression, trust and intimacy issues, and self-esteem challenges, tailoring each session to your unique needs. My approach is trauma-informed and relational, drawing from Person-Centered Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and more.

I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University and have experience in high schools, universities, and private practice. I’m licensed and pre-licensed in California (APCC), Illinois (LPC), and North Carolina (LCMHCA), as well as a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and Associate Partner Trauma Therapist (APTT). I’m also pursuing EMDR certification.

Therapy isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about having a space to explore, process, and just be. No matter where you are in your journey, I’ll be right there with you.
